Please complete the attached liability waiver and return by Wednesday morning to Coach Navarro. Waterloo is requesting a physical copy of the form, so please print it. Swimmers who attended the bowling event today were given a copy by the coaches. Practice will be at Waterloo on 620 starting this Wednesday.
