Hi AHS Swim and Dive Families!

Your booster board has been hard at work getting ready for a great 2025-26 season! We are approaching the end of our registration period. We know the past couple of weeks have been very difficult for many families with the floods. Please know we are holding our Trojan family close in our thoughts at this time. We hope you can register soon, and if you need extended time to do so, please let me (Heather) know. Once you register, you will receive an invitation to Swim Outlet Plus and the Team Store. Swim Outlet Plus allows you to qualify for the lowest prices on all gear.

In our effort to have 100% participation in the many opportunities that our booster club provides, we ask that you join the Booster Club. This is separate from the registration fee. Please read the following from Margaret Bishop, our treasurer, regarding the Booster Club:

Make a Difference—Join AHS Trojans Swim & Dive Booster Club!

A strong and active booster club is essential to the success of our Trojan Swim & Dive Team. Your membership not only allows you to participate in the business of the booster club, vote, hold offices and/or chair special committees, it also helps provide critical support through fundraising, volunteering, and organizing events that are of direct benefit to our athletes—from equipment upgrades to travel expenses, meals, and team celebrations. Every member, every dollar, and every hour of volunteer time makes a meaningful impact.

We encourage you to join the AHS Trojan Swim and Dive Booster Club and pay your $20 membership dues at the same time you register and pay the fees for your swimmer. If you forgot to do so during registration, please make arrangements with me, Margaret Bishop, Treasurer, to join and pay your dues at the Kickoff Booster Club Meeting on Monday, August 18, 2025.

We look forward to welcoming your family as an integral part of a dedicated community working to give our swimmers their best chance to succeed in and out of the pool. -Margaret

IMPORTANT: After you register, please purchase your required and optional gear at our team store. The team jacket, black pants, swim suitsandblue swim capsare required. Girls who have the team suit from last year do not have to buy a new suit. Boys and girls only need one team suit. Choose which style you prefer. The pink and black caps are under “required”, but only the items I mentioned above are required. So, the pink and black caps are not required, only the jacket, pants, suit and blue cap.

The Team Shirt (the shirt that swimmers are required to wear to all swim meets) is being produced through a different vendor and is included in the registration fee. If you would like to check out the sizes of the t-shirts, contact Nicole Banister at 512-656-4107. All other t-shirts for AHS Swim and Dive fans will be coming to the Team Store soon! I can send a note out when they will be ready. There is a men’s polo design ready to order now.

Important Cap News!

Caps need to be ordered ASAP during the two week window starting today because they take 3-5 weeks to produce. Just to clarify, the blue cap is required and the pink and black caps are optional. A huge THANK YOUto Jennie Shields for preparing the store for us with the assistance of our merchandise co-chair and secretary, Amy Lott.
