Anderson Swimming Calendar 2012-2013

  • Monday- Friday’s practice schedule is determined by the A/B schedule combined with the day of the week.
  • Pool practices start at 6:45; weight room practices begin at 7:00am.
  • Swimmers who are members of club programs offering morning practice options may opt to attend that practice on the designated* days.
  • The club coach must email Coach Zamora to verify attendance at those practices; those days are not to be used for any reasons other than to attend a longer swim practice.
  • We must be diligent in our attendance during our primary A day practices, and use shorter B day practices to manage scheduling conflicts.
General Schedule
Monday: A- run/ dryland/ swim;   B- swim
Tuesday: A- run/ dryland/ swim;   B- swim/ optional club practice*
Wednesday:  A- run/ dryland/ swim;   B- swim/ optional club practice*
Thursday: A- run/ dryland/ swim;   B- weights at school
Friday: A- run/ swim;   B- weights at school
