As far as dinner on Thursday evening, we will meet in the Anderson parking lot. Swimmers have decided to eat dinner at home before boarding the bus. If they need extra snacks for the ride, send them along. The meet snacks are for during the meet. After that, we will depart. They will arrive around 9:15pm at the hotel. They will check in and go to bed. The swimmers have seen the "Conduct Agreement". Warm ups will start at 10am. Prelims begin at 12:00pm. Lunch will be delivered to the pool.
The evening meal for the swimmers will be at Johnny Carinos. (AISD pays for this meal.) They will go back to the hotel to change. You are welcome to go there as well but usually the parents go to other places for dinner.
Warm-ups begin at 9am on Saturday. The kids do have to check out before warm-ups and most of the parents do as well. It is hard to leave the meet to do so. Box lunches will be delivered to the pool from Jason's Deli. The kids will change at the Natatorium and then will get on the bus to head back to Austin. We will stop for dinner on the way. The kids will arrive about 6:30pm Saturday evening back in Austin at the school. Have your child call you as they are drawing near.
Locker Room Changes: The locker room will be open each morning from 8:30am - 9:00am only. After school, the locker room will be open from 4:15 - 4:45pm for students to retrieve any clothing that needs to go home and will be locked after 4:45pm. Students (including all athletes, cheerleader, Belles, etc.) will not be allowed to enter the locker room during any other period outside of their assigned athletics period, including lunch time. Students cannot come down with a pass to pick up from their locker an Algebra book, their lunch, or their closed-toed shoes for a science lab (these are the requests they get daily).
Expense Reimbursement:  Turn in receipts in an envelope in the Swim Team Booster Club Box (located in the main office on the right hand wall). The Expense Reimbursement Form is located under Resources and here.
